Acts of God
Unexpected “flash mob” musical performances have sprung up in public places such as airports and malls. Philadelphia’s 600-member Opera Company scattered among Macy’s crowds and broke out in the “Hallelujah Chorus.”  A university choir did the same at a Fargo, North Dakota food court. Groups have also performed impromptu performances of “Silent             Night,” “Amazing Grace” and well-known secular songs.
These events have been called random acts of culture, but they might better be called purposeful acts of God.  Through music, we can praise God anywhere.  Whenever Christ’s disciples move beyond church buildings and Christian gatherings to share the gospel, God is surely at work.

May 5 at 2:00 PM.  If you can help, please let Jill know by Wed.

We’re looking for 20 families to contribute at least $80 each in order to reach our goal to purchase new tables.  Or any amount you can give to help us reach that goal of $1600 will be appreciated. In order to be sure your donation is credited to the table fund, please pick up a LOVE offering envelope from the cabinet in the foyer for your tax-deductible gift. We will keep you updated on our progress as the money starts to come in.

Church Directory Photos
Mindy will be taking photos immediately after the Worship service on April 29 right thru the Sunday school hour if necessary.  We really would like as many of you as possible to be in the directory.  Please line up right after the morning service next Sunday.  She will be outside if the weather permits.
